It’s a great time of year with the trees starting to bud out (minus the allergies), flowers starting to spring up, and the grass starting to get green. It’s good to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Get some fresh air. Why is it good to get out in the fresh air?
Fresh air has health benefits. It has been shown to help with food digestion, improve blood pressure, and build a strong immune system.
Increases your happiness. Higher levels of positive emotions were associated with less smoking, more physical activity, and more sleep quality.
Fresh air cleans your lungs. Fresh air causes the airways of your lungs to dilate more and improves the cleansing lung action.
Associated with more energy and more focused mind. Research has shown up to 90% increase in energy.
